Same issue, even if I adjust my sensitivity it works for about 5 mins then going crazy again.

I have this exact issue, it happens when recording gameplay. I used a software called Action I’ve now switch to OBS and don’t have this problem… it’s a recording issue/minecraft combo

Happening in 1.21.72 hotfix, more frequently this time.
