duplicate and affected versions are 15w41b - 15w43a
its duplicated and fixed for the next version, we need to wait a bit for 15w43b or 15w34a

Got the same error while upgrading an 1.15.2 world with --forceUpgrade.
Error is also not very helpfull and leaves me thinking there is now a wrong biome somewhere in the world.
