boats disappear when broken to pickup or to discharge a passenger

also using a new map makes it disapear.

This relates to MCPE-31793 and MCPE-32461. I've left comments there as well. Same problem:

iPhone 6, load game works fine, load Norse Mythology and I'm no longer able to move items from inventory to hotbar. So can't build. Can delete blocks. Issue may be that I can't login as Member, when I try and tap Create to start a world, I get switched to Visitor. So intentionally go into settings and switch to Member, Create world, check settings and I'm now a Visitor.

I think this is the same as MCPE-31793. I'll include my comment from there to here as well:
