Similar behavior occurs on Windows 10 with 1.20.32 as reported in MCPE-173316, albeit the loading screen seems to be consistently and indefinitely stuck at 41% (also game is unplayable). In the Windows 10 case, killing the "Runtime Broker" process resolves the issue.
I encounter the same behavior, except that in some case the progress bar never go past 41%, meaning that the game is unplayable. Reboot sometimes helps, but not always. Seen with Minecraft 1.20.32 on Windows 10 Home 22H2 19045.3570.
