I know this is a duplicate, but I’m giving my example, and nothing has been done with the other issue. I’m pretty sure the last issue was abandoned at this point.
exactly the same problem as all other user on my daughters ipad air 2. deleting the file resolved the problem. when can we expect this to be fixed in a fututre version?
it also keeps on happening on my daughters ipad air 2 after i logged in with her microsoft account.
I tried to put it in airplane mode but i am not able to enter settings, then it crashes right away.
any other suggestion. reinstalling the app doesn't help
