ever tried Gboard? there are plenty of discussions online that solve your specific problem.

@MTnpc you can use: ctr + a then ctr + c to copy your text or command. this really is about the functionallity of chat.

now in 1.21.111 having the same issue. for me it is caused by a traffic sign mod that uses entities to render signs.

now with the new copper age update it stopped working all togother.

before i forget, it happens with a physical keyboard. using the virtual one does not cause a crash.

it is a superflat world without mods.

it is on a pixel tablet. android 15, grapheneos as operating system.

The blackscreen was the crash. It happend when i did ctr + v.

I agree that the “feature” should be reverted. Ctr+a, ctr+c was such an important aspect for people who were making lots of commandblock chains.

I don' t agree with seeing this as a feature, i would like to see the old copy paste technique back as the stuff we have now is messy and not accesible for everyone.
