This seems to be a directional issue; using the setup provided by OP, when the repeater is facing south or west, the slime block is pulled back as normal. When the repeater is facing north or east, the slime block is left behind.
It doesn't appear to be related to transparency, as glass behaves the same as solid blocks in this situation.
Do you mean that it throws an error when you try to start the game from the launcher, or when you first start the launcher? If this is an issue with the launcher itself, I believe it goes over on the launcher's bug tracker
I believe this is intended, as raid captains only spawn in patrols, raids, or pillager outposts. The illagers inside a woodland mansion are spawned on world gen, and are not part of any patrol or raid.
Experiencing the same problem; it's only been present since 1.14.4 pre-7. Probably a new bug introduced after the fix to MC-156574.
