Just updated my amd graphics drivers and it fixed the problem
I just lanched the launcher and here is the log i got ( i have same issue )

I dont see why this is a feature request or a suggestion. Since the block texture changes when you turn brightness up/down.
I opend the game originaly in vanila 1.12.2 and when i opend minecraft with 1.15.2 (optifine) i saw exactly the same as i had seen in 1.12.2
But if you realy wan to see here is it in 1.15.2 Vannilla:

After the recent v26.10 title update, the issue with downloading/updating the Greek Mythology Mash-Up Pack has now been resolved. The updated version 1.0.81 of the pack now installs successfully via the marketplace.
Multiple players (and myself included) still indicate that they are experiencing the same issue when wanting to install other legacy packs. Because of that, I have updated the bug report to include these packs.
