Actual result is that it will flick upwards in a fixed position (the maximum your head/camera can tilt up). After it flicks and you're still holding the finger that makes you look around, it will cause you to be unable to look around until you release your finger.

Expected result is that it will control as normal.
Without letting go of moving the camera, it still snaps. The direction seems to be always upwards. I think this works with any button (as long as you hold it) as it also does this on the attack/destroy button.
