Confirming still happening on 1.19.2 in a Bedrock Realm
Still happening in 1.19.2 - their pathfinding is also still weird as mentioned in MCPE-157919 they easily get stuck in fences.
I'm still experiencing this issue on 1.19.2. Weirdly enough, even after I wait and the rest of my skins load (~30 seconds), when I play on Windows 10 I am always missing the "Battle and Beasts 2" pack which was mentioned being buggy in MCPE-138467. I only have access to Battle and Beasts 2 on my Switch version - all other packs eventually load (barring the Switch-exclusive Mario pack) and the rest are unaffected.
