No mods or apps on top of the original game. Also all of my resource packs (official and unofficial) are disabled.
I also tried this with another server and I had the same result.
I actually am the owner of the server and it is up to date.
This is a photo of the bug. What I ment to say was that I press the spacebar while chatting and those two things happen. Do I need to reinstall mcpe or something?
