Commenting here to add that I am also experiencing the same issue with Minecraft on PS5 Bedrock Edition. It's been quite frustrating as I can't enjoy Minecraft anymore. Additionally, I am concerned about the risk of my console being damaged.

Thank you for the update and for directing me to the other post. I've added my vote there as suggested. I hope the issue can be resolved soon, as it's been months already with many players still encountering the same problem.
