The suggestion to free up some space doesn't always work. For instance, the texture pack that I am unable to download cannot be downloaded on a completely empty profile. Even if there are no worlds, texture packs, templates or anything else, it will not allow you to download it and will claim that there isn't enough space. Having the entire 2GB of save space available isn't enough for a 650MB texture pack for some reason.
I deleted 1.2GB of texture packs from my device and was still unable to download a 600MB texture pack. So this doesn't seem to be just about the space limitations from the Switch itself, the Marketplace sometimes won't let you download something even if you have enough space in that 2GB save that you're allowed.
I'm having the same problem, I think, with the new Earthy Texture Pack. One question I have though is would it be related that the texture pack in question doesn't show up for me in the "My Content" section of the marketplace? Going to the texture pack in the marketplace shows a download button like I would expect but clicking it just brings up a dialog that says "Checking download This may take a few moments"
I guess my next question is how do I get a refund for this texture pack that is impossible to actually use on the Switch? Since Minecraft made available a product with no way for the user to be able to tell that it wouldn't work before purchasing, I think a refund is in order.

The bug tracker is not the place to ask for or discuss refunds. Please use the Minecraft Help Center for that.
