Yes, I had this happen on my switch in 26.3.

Chunk loading is slow, and can cause a problem, but it is still a problem in 26.3. I think this should be resolved as soon as possible, as this disrupts a lot of the gameplay if you are using an Elytra.

I also had this happen, and playng in 26.3. I looked up as the chunks were generating, and it did that.

You are not supposed to get achievements on modified worlds. Try it on a normal world and see if it helps.
