Well water has been behaving the way it has since alpha but it has been fixed in the latest snapshot, so I think this issue is worth looking at for mojang. Also if you beleive a magically enchanted bow can create more arrows out of arrows, it's not much of a stretch to beleive it can create arrows.

Do you have a source to confirm it's working as intended? It feels backwards to me that you need an arrow in your inventory to shoot a bow with an enchantment that makes it so you don't require arrows to shoot, it definitely doesn't feel like intended behavior.

Why can't mojang replace wood textured stone slabs(43:2) instead of these slabs? This slab has been used as many builds and the wood textured slab has been obsolete since actual wood slabs were added to the game, while this has been used in many builds.
