I have found this bug with my testing in 1.10, but the damage is cumulative and if I fall from 12 blocks, then fly up 11 blocks, right before I hit the ground, then give myself levitation for 1 second and hope to negate my fall damage, I will die.

I CONFIRM THIS BUG FOR 1.10
I know that the versions are coded separately from each other, but I have been able to recreate this bug multiple times even after quitting and reopening the game. It is still a bug with the OS X version of the game and should be fixed.
In chat it says it applies saturation for 100 seconds not 5 seconds, which is a bug. A minor one, but still a bug.
The issue teleporting seems to be fixed. However, occasionally the armor stand fails to render in spectator mode. The armor stand also doesn't keep its no gravity.
