Potion particle color leaking into other particles

Confirmed for 1.11 with TNT explosions with moosy brightness and night vision.

Can someone please test if this still applies to 19w45b. I'm having difficulties reproducing this.

Seems fixed to me; I was able to reproduce this in 1.14.4 but not in 1.15.2 or later.

Can't reproduce on 1.16.1.
