The bug

Small fireballs set fire at the block they collided with, even if this block is outside the world border.

How to reproduce

Stand near the world border in positive X direction and use the following command

/summon small_fireball ~5 ~10 ~ {Motion:[0.0d,-0.5d,0d]}
