[MC-116580] Iron trapdoors stay on after breaking power source, until updated

Iron trapdoors powered by a block which is powered do not update when the block is broken.

Put an iron trapdoor on a block
Put a redstone torch 1 block below it, so it is powered (= have a block between the trapdoor and the torch)
Break the block

Trapdor only updates, when a redstone update is received.
