Steps to reproduce
Make sure that you have music turned on and you can hear it.
Click on the 'Copyright Mojang AB. Do not distribute!', then the ESC key.
Repeat step 2 very quickly several times.
→ You should hear a double/triple music playing simultaneously with a small time delay.

This is still a bug in 1.12-pre7, the music continues to play even when the credits are finished, it even causes the main menu music to play over the top of the credits music.
Hmm, I still can not reproduce in 1.12-pre7. This time I tried to see all the credits, and the music ends as it should be.
This only happens if the credits are interrupted by pressing the ESC key. When waiting until the end of the credits, you will be sent back to the main menu and the music will stop playing. → Can confirm for MC 1.12.1.
Cannot reproduce this issue, I could reproduce it on 1.12.2 and did exactly the same on 1.13.1, but didn't happen. Seems to be fixed for 1.13.1.
The music also keeps playing on the main menu after credits are finished, and will stack with more credits music if you watch it again.
