[MC-137452] Bamboo grows in lots of inappropriate places in Bamboo Jungles

Steps to reproduce:

Create a Single Biome world with Bambo Jungle selected as the biome.

Observe that bamboo, can, and will, be a little overambitious in where it decides to grow.

World type: Single biome
Customize: Bamboo Jungle
Seed: 3782446731170602800
Coordinates: /tp @s 387 68 -30

Can confirm, I wasn't expecting quite this much bamboo in the Jungle. It's enough to take my 300 FPS down to in the hundreds and lower with major stuttering.

I see someone reporting this as an issue for 21w20a but I have tested myself and it appears fixed. Can anybody give me a seed / coords where this issue still occurs?

When I load new terrain I can see how quickly it destroys and stays in the water as an item.

Bamboo still grows in lots of inappropriate places, but loading terrain will destroy them.

The issue of bamboo actually staying placed in world after worldgen is complete is fixed by the fixes in 21w20a.
