Blocks not rendering when looking at certain directions

Whenever i look at a certain angle in the game, some blocks at the edge of the screen poof out of existence. i dont know if this happened in earlier versions, but i havent seen it  on older versions.
1-stand somewhere
2-look somewhere

sometimes it happends, sometimes it doesnt, i dont know if it only happends on my pc, but the images should help on something
