Idle Pillagers dont load their crossbow

This is most likely intentional.

I agree that this is most likely intentional, but if Mojang wanted to make the pillagers smarter, they could fix that.

I would keep the current pillager, though.

I think this is intentional behavior because this is a part of the changes in snapshot 18w46a. It also doesn't make any sense why the pillagers should load their crossbows without a target. See here.

On early 1.14 snapshot or Bedrock Edition, the will load their crossbow without attack target.

@poweredbow Actually, they were added in 1.9 beta. Though in 18w46a, the pillager AI has been improved. Pillagers not loading their crossbows might be apart of that AI improvement.

Can confirm this for 1.15.2 and 20w19a, but very likely intended.
