To perform this bug, spawn many bees and a skeleton in a small, enclosed space in creative. Then, switch to survival mode. As the skeleton tries to attack the player and hits a bee, the bees naturally go after the skeleton and kill it. However, after that, the bees attack and hurt the player even if they didn't hit them. This only works on players, as other mobs won't get attacked after the skeleton dies.

I happened to record the second half of an event where a skeleton shot a bee (so I hit record) but the bee didn't get aggressive to it. So I kill the skeleton, and suddenly the bee gets mad and attacks me.
The file attachment is too big and I even reduced the audio tracks and length... I had to put it as an unlisted youtube video and adobe crashed
This is a feature as when bees are angry they will target players if the original attacker has been killed. If you want to make a suggestion please post it on the minecraft suggestion subreddit.
I found ut that if a bee has been shot by a skeleton, it won't attack the skeleton but other nearby bees will attack the skeleton.
In 20w11a. Zombified Piglins have similar behavior, in fact I think it might be a separate bug report. Basically, if something attacks the bees all the bees will aggro onto it, and then once that target is dead and you happen to be near by they aggro on to you. Wolves don't seem to have this issue though.
