The Title should be changed, they don't burn for a second, they burn for a shorter time, maybe "Zombiepigmen burn for a moment in daylight"
It is a bug, if a mob looks like it is burning in sunlight, even thought it is neither a regular zombie, nor flammable, and directly extinguishes after a moment!
Zombie Pigman is a Nether mob, which means he is immune to fire and lava. Like almost all aggressive mobs, they burn in daylight.
