When a wither skeleton is in the sun, it will flicker as "on fire" and "not on fire" very rapidly. Zombie pigmen had this issue in earlier versions, but this was recently fixed. However, the wither skeletons remain unfixed.

Just so you know you wrote inmune (which I don't know how you managed, it tries to correct it about a bagillion times) not immune.
