Creative: Player is "sporadically and momentarily" lit on fire

The bug

I am lit on fire for 1 tick when in fire. Jumping in fire often causes this. It actually might be a frame.

This issue can be seen very well when standing in normal fire and blue fire at the same time (see also MC-171224).

How to reproduce

  1. Put down fire on nether rack

  2. Stand on it

  3. Keep jumping and waiting

Having difficulty reproducing in 1.15pre4, can anyone else confirm?

In 20w09a, mostly happens when you walk around between the two types of fires or stand between then.
