Item frames and paintings do not produce particles when broken

Paintings and item frames do not produce breaking particles when broken.

One would expect them to emit particles when broken, as they are a stationary object, much like blocks, which produce particles when broken, as well as armor stands, which, while being an entity, still produce breaking particles upon destruction. Paintings and item frames also produce breaking particles in Bedrock Edition, so this is also an issue with version parity.

On that note, it might be a good idea to also add breaking particles for leash knots, boats and minecarts, for the sake of completeness.

There isn't particles for the reason that paintings and frames are just entities in the Minecraft Java code, in Minecraft Bedrock it works differently, but, it still does a song and drops the item. It, for me, is normal after playing a lot of Minecraft. It is something cool to add but something that doesn't need too much atention.
