Parity: Java edition's Netherite Pickaxe isn't updated like Bedrock edition's Netherite Pickaxe

The Netherite Pickaxe was updated in Bedrock Edition with a slight change but this wasn't brought to java. You can see the comparison here.

This should be reversed, Java has the updated texture, Bedrock does not.

@agentpaint
Java's is not updated. The reason it has a metal tip is because it was supposed to match 1.14's old diamond & gold pickaxe textures where the tips resembled sticks rather than the old pickaxe. That is being changed in 1.16 to better match the other pickaxes and around that time is when the netherite pickaxe for bedrock edition was updated to match the other pickaxes, so I doubt that the non matching pickaxe is supposed to be the "updated" better one. You can actually find the bug post I'm talking about here.

According to the Minecraft Wiki Bedrock is using the texture from Snapshot 20w09a which updated all of the pickaxe textures like the bug post says, while the current Java texture is from Snapshot 20w10a, making it the more recent texture.

I will extract the jars to see if the Wiki is accurate.

Just checked, can confirm that the Java texture is more recent.

#FreedomDaPug This is already tracked as a Bedrock issue at MCPE-66085.

@agentpaint I didn't even think about doing that, thank you for spending the time to check that! It actually catches me by surprise that the mistake that ended up looking like it could be intended to match isn't.
