[MC-185285] Entering the End or the Nether after creating and reentering a debug world crashes the game

Regardless of whether you have entered the End or the Nether on your first entry on the debug world, reentering the debug world and using either the Nether or the End portal will crash the game.

The debug world is not supposed to be interacted with in any way, shape or form - that includes going into another dimension. However, due to the fact that it did change to a crash instead of just weird generation, I will leave it up to Mojang Studios to decide.
