Single biome, caves and floating islands world generation has stone as its primary block and water as a primary fluid regardless of the biome.
How to reproduce: create a world with any of these world types and select a nether or an end biome. [X] The primary block is stone and primary liquid is water

Expected results: stone and water generate in overworld biomes, netherrack and lava in nether biomes and endstone in end biomes.

Can confirm.

This is likely to be intentional - all the default custom world options are limited to the basic overworld spawning code, if you want more detailed control, use custom .json files.

I agree with [Mod] Galaxy_2Alex, this is likely intentional as it mirrors Buffet world behavior from 1.13-1.15.2.

This is a feature request.

Feature request? I don't think so. Base stones should be controlled by BIOMES instead of DIMENSIONS.
