[MC-200490] The inside of boats may be using outdated plank shading

I can't tell for sure but the planks within definitely seem a bit rougher and less polished, more akin to their 18w43a-18w46 block texture. I can't remember if they were updated since.

Can confirm in 1.18 up through 1.19 pre-1. This is because the boat was updated alongside Texture Update V3. However, with V3.2, we got the current planks texture, and the boat (alongside its palette) was not updated with it.
