[MC-200580] Snow Golem doesn't try to avoid water

The Bug
Despite water killing Snow Golems they don't make an effort to avoid it and just walk right into water killing themselves.

Replicate

Find/Make a pool of water
Summon a Snow Golem
Watch it
❌ Notice that it will walk into water

Can confirm. It is easier to reproduce, by spawning a mob that the snow golem attacks in water, for example a husk. Then it will attack it and may walk in the water and die.
