[MC-204633] Tree with log missing in the middle

The bug

Found two weirdly generated trees next to a lake one of the trees has a missing log in the middle.

This is different than regular "tree spawning over a lake" bug and nothing seems to have blocked the generation.

The missing blocks appear to be minecraft:cave_air, so this might be an MC-610 duplicate. Not sure though, as the birch tree in particular is not what you normally see with that bug.

Edit: Forgot to mention, confirmed for 20w45a.

MC-125138 has a useful datapack for visualizing cave_air. It seems like cave_air frequently generates in inappropriate locations.
