[MC-205293] Blazes don't drop Blaze rods when die for Powder Snow

The bug:

As mobs drop items when die for Powder Snow (zombies drop rotten flesh, chicken drop feathers, etc.) I tried to make a Blaze farm, but blazes didn't drop anything.

What I expected:

Blazes would drop Blaze rods like other mobs dropping items when die on Powder Snow.

What happened:

Blazes didn't drop anything.

My comment:

That is inconsistent with another mobs behavior, where they drop items when die on Powder Snow.

That don't makes sense. If that's true then why do zombies, skeletons, animals and many entities drop items when die on powder snow.

This should be fixed, because it's inconsistent with other mobs. And as per MC-205238 Powder Snow would make interesting Blaze farms.
