I am 99% sure that when the preview datapack was first released it was said that updating was not going to be made compatible
Can confirm for 1.17rc-2
I can count some places where light levels are 7 or lower. You can use the F3 screen to see the light levels
Blaze rods are player loot.
This is how it works for water cauldrons as well so this is probably expected behaviour
yes but players that are 2 blocks tall still get the freeze effect in 1 deep powdered snow
This was a feature mentioned on the changelog
Leave a cauldron outside in falling snow and it will fill with powder snow
Please report this on the Bedrock Bug Tracker.
For importing worlds from Java to Bedrock that is a feature request and there will probably not be an offical way to do it for a while
Created my server in a snapshot(dunno which) then never skipped any snapshots. All structures work except the monument. Even then, the monument is still recognized by the /locate command
@Joaquin the problem is that the structure names in the files changed to lowercase versions (Monument -> monument) this means that new generated monuments do work but older ones don't because game spawns Guardians on "monuments" but not "Monuments"
Looked inside the region files for the issue, as you can see all of the old data for the structures still remain, while just copying the data from "Monument" to "monument" didn't seem to work, this means this bug will most probably not cause any old generated structures to be lost. (Pardon me for my bad english)
[media]Confirmed for Basalt Deltas
Blaze spawners also don't work
This is clearly an inconsistency, 1.20.5 is already introducing a ton of breaking changes. It is in my opinion a really good time to fix other inconsistencies like this
