[MC-211150] World border rendering is broken on certain graphics cards

World border rendering is broken. As in the screenshot, there are some weird straight lines.

This issue still happens with Fancy graphics, even though I'm using Fabulous! in the screenshots (MC-187669).

Don't focus on the Moiré pattern on the screenshots; that is a different issue (MC-234358). I discovered this because it also happens with rails.

Confirmed in 1.20.1; I recently changed my graphics card and I can reproduce this issue. I'm using the "Radeon RX 580 Series" graphics card; the rest of my system details are within the screenshot I've attached.
