[MC-213269] Waxed Copper Block cannot be crafted back into ingots

The Bug
On Bedrock Edition, you can craft back waxed copper block into copper ingots. This is not in parity with Java Edition, since you cannot craft it back into ingots.

How to Reproduce
1. Craft Waxed Copper Block back into ingots
--> ❌ Doesn't craft into copper ingots.

@Devu this is a Bedrock Parity issue.

Dmitry Konev keep in mind that not everything has to be an intened feature and MCPE-116091 hasn't been closed as WAI yet, so it something works differently in bedrock compared to java, it can still be just a bug. Like MCPE-73393 for example.
