[MCPE-116091] Waxed Copper Block can be crafted back into ingots

You can craft back waxed copper block into copper ingots. This is not in parity with Java Edition, since waxed copper block already being crafted together with honeycomb.

Because waxed copper and unwaxed copper use the same block ID. MC-213269 should be resolved as WAI. Relates to [MCPE-116395].

Can be closed because Waxed Copper Block can now be crafted back to ingots in Java.
