[MC-214779] Old worlds cannot be selected for recreation/deletion

The functionality stopping old worlds from being loaded outright prevents them from being selected, stopping them from being recreated with the same seed and settings.

Unsupported worlds (21w13_a_or_b) can be selected and deleted now in recent snapshots.

This was partially fixed in 23w03a, and fully fixed in 1.19.4 Pre-release 3. The re-create button is still disabled when the world is selected, but that is a separate issue and is probably intended.
