Redstone torch fizzes' subtitle is "Torch fizzes"

Searched and could not find this issue.

Discovered while testing: MC-100284

The bug

The subtitle for redstone torches burning out is mislabled as a regular torch burning out.

This is not the same as MC-98316 because MC-98316 refers to only one sound with multiple sources. Since regular torches do not burn out and never make sounds unless you break or place them, this is a different bug.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on subtitles

2. Power a redstone torch with a lever

3. Flip the lever on and off until the redstone torch burns out
