Vines cannot be placed on the sides of soul sand.

The vines would be able to be placed on the side of the soul sand.

I am able to confirm this behavior in 21w43a. Here are some extra details regarding this problem.

The Bug:

Vines cannot be placed on the side faces of soul sand.

Steps to Reproduce:

Obtain some vines and place down some soul sand.
Attempt to place some vines on any of the side faces of the soul sand.
Take note as to whether or not vines can be placed on the side faces of soul sand.

Observed Behavior:

Vines cannot be placed on the side faces of soul sand.

Expected Behavior:

Vines would be able to be placed on the side faces of soul sand.

Can confirm for 22w11a. Mud is also affected - should this be given a separate ticket, since snow layers also have a separate ticket?
