[MC-219995] Bubbles flying straightly with the moment of "Fishing bobber splashes"

It's a very slight problem.

When we're fishing, the bubbles will flying straightly from the fishing bobber to the sky (or other directions) when the fish biting the bobber, with the moment of "Fishing bobber splashes" (subtitle). It looks very strange.

What I expect is:

Directions of these bubbles can be changed by "gravity" when flying, not straightly fly to sky.

Though MC-219849 has been fixed, this issue is still exists.

I was unable to reproduce this in 1.19 pre-release 2 the bubbles didn't appear to fly up

I can still reproduce it in 1.19 pre-release 2. It's a very slight problem, and happens at the moment of "Fishing bobber splashes" (subtitle).

Maybe I should make a video to explain it in detial, if I have some free time.

Can confirm. Particles generated at the moment of fish catching bait are not affected by gravity and move steady in straight line
