Clones MC-147548.

Relates to MC-123584 and MC-132488.

Can confirm in 1.19.3 and 23w07a

It is due to lava springs, so removing them could be a fix.

Confirmed in 1.21.3

Is this issue present in the latest version of Minecraft?

For me, the FPS lag in forest fire has improved significantly.
