The Bug:

Sniffers, frogs, goats, and camels don't panic when attached to leads.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a sniffer, frog, goat, or camel and attach a lead to it.

2. Attack the mob and observe its behavior. 

3. Take note as to whether or not sniffers, frogs, goats, and camels panic when attached to leads.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffer, frogs, goats, and camels don't panic.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers, frogs, goats, and camels would panic.
