Original description

Flying mobs can no longer move on their own when they wander into a non-full block, most commonly seen with fences (until the block is removed or the mob is pushed out by other means. This is assumedly what caused MC-250321, with the difference being that it doesn't crash the game.

Can confirm.  My allay has been getting stuck and won't move on glass panes and carpte

Bees are tracked in MC-189111, so I'm rewriting this to only include allays.

Also works with bamboo.

Also works with lanterns

I am in 1.19.1. Should I report a new bug or report here? I have an allay getting stuck near the ceiling, touching a glass pane.

F3+B shows the allay looking at a cactus but it won't travel towards it. Not the first time it has been stuck here. I can dislodge by attaching a lead and "pulling" it free. Then it goes back to normal.
