All villagers with saved memory disappear when upgrading to 1.19.1

old 1.14.1 world from old machine. When loading this world into all recent worlds I could run in the java launcher on osx m1 machine all villagers with memory are gone. This seems to be a repeat of bug MC-172078 . Behavior is the same. Additionally, all beds are 'occupied' when trying to sleep in them.

Please attach a copy of the 1.14 world. Thank you!!

world exceeds 10MB upload limit. Instead I'm providing a link to it on a google drive. Hope thats ok. Its 300MB. I can't reproduce with a minimum example because java edition cannot run 1.14.1 on a mac m1 amd processor.

why is this marked resolved?

Looks like the version of that world is 1.17.1, is that right?

should be 14.2 . WorldVersion 1963

My bad. I saved it in a 17.1 world when testing. I've put the original world up.

Update: by disabling the AMD option in the minecraft launcher I was able to run older worlds. This 14.2 world loads in 15.1 with villagers retained but at 16.4 and later they disappear (I did not try any releases or patches between 15.1 and 16.4).

(MC-252565)  does not address the villager issue. It does address the issue of running older worlds that I also raised in MCL-22062 which I have resolved. Villagers still disappear when loading my 14.2 world in new worlds later than 15.1

The behavior is identical to  MC-172078 which was resolved by a patch to 15.2. But seems to have returned. Perhaps there is a clue there to the fix.

Might be MC-254634

Edit: I can't download the latest world. It says "Need Access, Request Access"

The world link doesn't work for me, either. If you're still able to reproduce this, could you provide a corrected link to the pre-upgraded world?
