Cats that are on fire do not give cooked chicken when giving you a morning gift

Summary:
Cats that are on fire give you raw chicken instead of cooked chicken if they give you a morning gift. Relates to MC-199065, MC-70738 and MC-102269. The attached loot table fixes this.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon a fire resistant cat that is on fire using this command: 

   /summon cat ~ ~ ~ {Fire:999999,ActiveEffects:[{Id:12,Amplifier:0b,Duration:9999999}]}

1. Run /gamerule doDaylightCycle true if it is set to false, since cats don’t seem to give you gifts if the gamerule is disabled

2. Tame the cat

3. Run /time set midnight

4. Sleep in a bed so that the cat gives you a gift

5. Repeat that process until you get chicken

Observed results:
You get raw chicken despite the cat being on fire.

Expected results:
You would get cooked chicken since the cat is on fire.
