The wings of invisible allays don't render from all angles when viewing them in spectator mode

The Bug:

The wings of invisible allays don't render from all angles when viewing them in spectator mode.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon an invisible allay by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:allay ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,active_effects:[{duration: 9563,amplifier:0b,id:"minecraft:invisibility",show_particles:1b}]}

2. Switch to spectator mode and look at the allay's wings from different angles.

3. Take note as to whether or not the wings of invisible allays don't render from all angles when viewing them in spectator mode.

Observed Behavior:

The wings of invisible allays don't render from all angles.

Expected Behavior:

The wings of invisible allays would render from all angles.
