This is a new bug report for the known and confirmed 1.19 LAN issue, I am creating a new bug report for it that should not be merged with MC-252575. This is at the request of official Minecraft Help Mojang employees (see screenshots).

I encourage you to read comments left by myself and others under MC-252575. Simply put, in 1.19 LAN does not function in the sense that no available games will display in the multiplayer screen when one is available. This happens regardless of if the games are modified or not, and will be immidiately remedied when switching to a version prior to 1.19.
Additionally, the Mojang Support employees I talked to have confirmed that "the team" is working on fixing this (see 2nd screenshot). Please change the confirmation of this report to confirmed if you're able.
Confirmed means that at least one helper or moderator is able to reproduce the issue. I am not able to reproduce this as I don't have two accounts to test this, therefore I set it to Plausible for now.
I take it this is why the other report is marked as Community Consensus. In this case, I don't know how I'm meant to make a video of multiple setups opening and failing to join a LAN session.
LAN is working in 1.19. If you're having issues with playing on LAN, please check out our help article over at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/articles/8826295828493.
FWIW, neither this bug report, nor MC-252575 have enough information for Mojang to work on this issue – and LAN connections in general seem to work just fine, I personally just tested it in 1.19.3.
If the linked article above does not help, I'd recommend contacting 💬 Community Support.
If there was some change in recent versions that prevents LAN connections in some environments, it would be important to know what exactly those environments are.
Also, maybe related, but if you're talking about the LAN world not appearing in the server list, that's a separate long-standing issue: MC-98598
This seems super sketchy, the reply by Moesh is literally a copy paste of the other reply, and again has no elaboration. It also goes against what Mojang Support's Lorenzo J said, ie: "The team is working on a fix". I am curious to hear from Violine1101 as to what they mean by "LAN connections in general seem to work just fine, I personally just tested it in 1.19.3". You were able to connect to another setup via LAN play?
Yes. Worked without any issues just like in previous versions. Thus it's likely a tech issue on your side and not something that needs to be fixed on Mojang's side.
If it is not a tech issue on your side (which is possible but very unlikely) feel free to file a new bug report with details – but first you need to make sure that that's the case. Hence why I pointed you to Community Support and why Moesh linked you to the article. We should have pointed there straightaway, I'm sorry that this didn't happen.
For example, and I'm just spitballing here, older versions use a different JVM than newer versions, and maybe your PC is just blocking network connections for the newer JVMs.
I don't know what's going on with the support reply, but I'm not aware of them having communicated with us in any way about your issue.
Could you please attach a video of this issue occurring with the F3 screen enabled? What does not work specifically?
